Looking for drywall repair in two spots. The first is where 2 pieces of drywall meet at a corner (ceiling to floor), and the drywall tape is shown through now that the house has settled. I need this covered, sanded and repainted (just repaint this one section and not whole wall). The bigger repair is a two-story foyer ceiling where it appears someone has slipped in the attic and cracked the drywall on the ceiling. There is not a hole per say, but I imagine the drywall will need to be replaced. The damage is accessible through the attic and is roughly a 3 ft x 3 ft area of damage about 1.5 ft away from the side wall. I prefer that just this area be repainted but need to know how much if the entire ceiling needs to be repainted. Project/estimate 2 is to see how much labor would cost to remove carpet and tile a roughly 150 sq ft bathroom (rough size guestumate). I will supply the supplies and just need labor. I am in the process of remodeling two small bathrooms in my house. I am handling the whole job except the drywall. It's not that I can't do it I am just too picky for my skill set. The two jobs entail skimming ceilings with 3/8" and hanging new drywall on bare studs. Please note that these are hallway sized bathrooms. One is 5'4" x 11'4" and the other is 5'8"x10'8". I had to hang some of the drywall in the second 10'8" bath because I am in the the process of tiling one of the tub surrounds. One room is ready now and the other will be ready late next week. I realize the price will probably be better if both jobs can be done at the same time and I can arrange that. Thanks in advance. | ||

I have a sunroom that is around 6 by 13 feet. It currently has wooden paneling, I'd like to finish it with ready-to-paint drywall. There is a 60-inch wide double door on one wall, and there are 5 windows that are about 23 inches wide by 45 inches tall each. Also I'm not sure if this is the right section for this but I also want to do a couple other small projects: expand the pass-through from the kitchen to the living room (cut about a foot vertically out of the wall, and about 55 inches wide), and also hang a bedroom door. The opening currently is a little too tall for the door but around the right width. Please let me know if you can give me a rough estimate of a price or price range for any of these services.
